Tooth decay treatment in Oradea

Tooth decay does not always cause pain at first. Examination and, when indicated, an X-ray help the dentist decide between monitoring, a filling and other forms of restoration.

From assessment to a filling

The dentist checks the location and extent of the lesion, remaining tooth structure, symptoms and bite. Filling fees vary by the class and extent of the restoration, as shown below.

  • Class I, II and III–IV composite fillings and extensive fillings.
  • Glass ionomer, direct or indirect pulp capping, when indicated.
  • Coronal build-ups, fibreglass posts and core build-ups.

When the problem goes deeper

A simple filling is not always sufficient. If root canal treatment or a crown is needed, the dentist explains the stages and their separate fees before treatment.

Cosmetic restorations and prevention

The list also includes direct veneers, diastema closure and at-home whitening. These options follow an assessment of the health of your teeth and gums. Daily care and recommended check-ups remain important after restoration.

Medical note

A diagnosis requires a clinical assessment

The dentist determines diagnosis, suitability and an individual recommendation after a consultation and, when needed, diagnostic tests.
